Dear friends and family, let the Lord Jesus be our example to live through times of feast or famine, whatever. He emptied himself of all personal resources of rescue and resilience. Instead, Jesus guarded his heart with ‘the peace of God that passes all understanding’ by praying for the power and purity, unity and humility, ‘joy’ and thanks found in his Heavenly Father who supplies whatever the circumstances.
