Dear friends and family…, David had close friend who turned against him; through these ‘rough waters’ God helped him to swim’. Jesus’ disciples thought Cross was too grim; “Father forgive them…their faith’s growing dim. David’s God is the same Lord of the Cross; He will “sustain” when ‘good mates’ lose their gloss.
